You Gave Me Crumbs

I look out my window and see the beauty of the day. Sun is shinning the air is cooled from the gentle rain. Glancing at this small pillow, the words. . "I love you with all my heart", brings a tear to my eye. Gentle sobs of sadness and grieving for what could of been and is not.

You gave me crumbs. All that I wanted was your love.
